No, “The Ick Factor” isn’t a cable news show; it’s how former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee describes his opposition to gay marriage in a New Yorker profile. And gay groups are not pleased.“I do believe that God created male and female and intended for marriage to be the relationship of the two opposite sexes,” Huckabee said in explaining his views on gay marriage. “Male and female are biologically compatible to have a relationship. We can get into the ick factor, but the fact is two men in a relationship, two women in a relationship, biologically, that doesn’t work the same.”
A real-life description to me would be a rape victim, brutally raped, savaged. The girl was a virgin. She was religious. She planned on saving her virginity until she was married. She was brutalized and raped, sodomized as bad as you can possibly make it, and is impregnated. I mean, that girl could be so messed up, physically and psychologically, that carrying that child could very well threaten her life.

Gay love does not any more than choice factors in to heterosexual love. And it's true gay love that alone legitimizes homosexuality's existence, which is why wingnuts shy away from that.
