Why I Do Not Take Ads
Here's why I haven't signed up with Blogads, Ads by Google, or anyone else who sells blog advertising:
Atrios is one of the top leftish bloggers, and I'm not going to second-guess his decision to take ads. But there are so few things you can do to Fight the Power, and I don't want to take even the slightest chance that a dumbass ad like this, that appeals to the most petty instincts of wingnuts, appears on my blog.
