Is this about Jeb Bush being Willard's running mate, or are the wheels starting to turn by the GOP Money Guys to edge Rmoney out of the race in favor of the guy they REALLY want?
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, rumored to be among those considered for Mitt Romney's running mate, will travel to Hamilton, Ohio on Wednesday to appear at his first official campaign event for the presumptive GOP presidential nominee.

His appearance comes the same day Romney holds an event about 200 miles away in Bowling Green in the northwest part of the state.

[snip]

The former governor has previously said "under no circumstances" would he accept an offer to be Romney's running mate. Furthermore, his son, George P. Bush, said on CNN last week that Jeb Bush is not being vetted by the Romney campaign.

Nah. Either is is being vetted for VP candidate after all, or he's just holding his spear in the Republican Army.

Coup d'etat in the party? Dubious. Besides, the guy they really, really want is Governor Fatso of New Jersey.

Jeb's running for President in 2016. No way, no how, does he want the reek of Republican flop sweat to be clinging to him from this year's election, the reality is that Obama has outmaneuvered the Republicans in so many ways that nobody coming in at the last minute would be able to overcome that stench. But to get party support for 2016, Jeb has to do party things like, well, campaign for the party's presumed Presidential candidate. So you can bet he's going to do the minimum required to keep from being booted from the party... but if Jeb had wanted to run for President this year, he would have run for the nomination. He doesn't. He wants four more years for his older brother's reek to disappear into the distances before he makes his run. Remember, Jeb Bush is the *smart* Bush brother...

One little problem with Mr. Baggy Pants: He can't carry Jersey for Mitt. Doesn't even put it in play. I'm sure Mitt's internal polls show this.

too soon for another bush. To ensure people don't think about bushes, the news was saying neither of the other bushes were attending this yrs convention. Probably in 2016 we will see another bush run if there is anything left of the U.S.A. to run for. Between drought, fires, flood, tornadoes, poverty, job losses, foreclosures what is going to be left.

Obama can try what he wants but there are other factors at play. It would appear the american political system can ensure nothing can be done.
