Wouldn't it be Teh Awesome if Alan Shore were real?

Too bad he's just a character played by James Spader on TV. Because I'd PAY to see someone do this in front of the REAL Supreme Court:

Wow, it's pretty ballsy of them to have sitting supreme court justices as characters and then let the hero insult them to their faces. Talk about an F U to the establishment.

Have any other shows done this?

I have to tell you, there are times that Alan Shore literally has me in tears. Other times he has me rolling on the floor. But the reason I watch is for the former.

My favorite TV show. Alan also put his & superpatriotic Denny Crane's perfect records on the line.
