This guy differs from conservative talk radio hosts only in that he actually went out and did it

This is the "manifesto" of Jim Adkisson, the man who opened fire in a Unitarian church in Knoxville, Tennessee last June.

And this excerpt could have come right from the mouth of Rush Limbaugh, or Sean Hannity, or Ann Coulter, or Michael Savage, or any of the other hatemongers of wingnut media:
"The democrates (sic) have done everything they can to tie our hands in the war on terror. They're all a bunch of traitors. They want America to loose (sic) this war for reasons I can not understand. It makes me sooooo mad!!"

..."It saddens me to think back on all the bad things Liberalism has done to this country. The worst problem America faces today is Liberalism. ... Liberals are evil. They have embraced the tenets of Karl Marx. They're Marxists, socialist, Communists."

...

"Know This If Nothing Else

"I. This was a hate crime. I hate the damn left-wing liberals. There is a vast left-wing conspiracy in this country & these liberals are working together to attack every decent & honorable institution in the nation, trying to turn this country into a Communist state.

...

"III. Who I wanted to kill was every Democrat in the Senate, the House, the 100 people in Bernard Goldberg's book. I'd like to kill everyone in the mainstream media...."

And it goes on and on and on like this. Over a year before this church shooting, David Neiwert posted a selection of eliminationist rhetoric by the current de facto head of the Republican Party and some of the other hatemongers I mentioned above (and others). The only difference between these people with microphones and Jim Adkisson (who will now be able to listen to Rush Limbaugh from the friendly confines of a prison cell) is that the latter actually picked up the gun, inspired no doubt by the words of those who are paid handsomely to advocate the murder of people simply for the crime of disagreeing with them.

Wow. I think I'll take that and annotate it with audio links from Right Wing talk radio.
