The media may be trying to turn competition for the gold at the U.S. Men's event at this week's U.S. figure skating championships between the excellent but dull Evan Lysacek and the flamboyantly pansexual Johnny Weir as the Second Coming of the
Battle of the Brians, but I say they don't make skaters like Kurt Browning anymore. Granted, these are post-eligible exhibition performances, but it sure does make one wonder what would have been had the early 1990's Bowman/Browning rivalry gotten the same hype as the Two Brians did a few years earlier:
