He says it's impossible to tell what the impact will be on Rudy Giuliani's campaign, that sometimes these videos "go viral" and sometimes they fizzle out.

Let's make sure this one goes viral, shall we? Rudy Giuliani is trying to gain the White House by standing atop the corpses of the very same firefighters he's so shamelessly exploiting now -- men whose remains are still around Ground Zero. Giuliani was a reassuring presence on 9/11 because the President of the United States was making poopy in his pants in a Florida classroom. But one day does not a president make, and it does not erase Giuliani's utter ineptitude in addressing threats to the World Trade Center in the years between the first and second attacks
